Home Insurance
If this is your first policy, the language is the hard part — dwelling, other structures, loss of use, personal liability. Jennifer goes through what each one is actually for before touching a number.

Jennifer studied psychology before she studied insurance, and it shows in how she works: she listens first, moves at whatever pace you need, and tends to be the one who notices the detail everybody else read past.
Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM · Sat by appointment · After hours calls returned next business day
A background in customer service and psychology turns out to be unusually good preparation for insurance. Both are mostly about noticing what a person has not said yet — the question they are embarrassed to ask, the part of the explanation where they quietly stopped following, the number that worried them but did not seem worth raising.
Jennifer works slowly on purpose. Coverage decisions get made once and then live in a drawer for years, so the twenty extra minutes spent making sure someone genuinely understands what they bought is time well spent. Clients who have felt rushed elsewhere tend to notice the difference immediately.
She is also the detail person. Declarations pages are long, repetitive, and easy to skim, which is exactly why something important occasionally hides in them. Jennifer reads all of it, and a fair number of her conversations start with a sentence like "did you know your policy does this?"
Usually someone who wants to understand the decision, not just make it.
First-time homebuyers who have never bought a policy before
Clients who feel overwhelmed by the process and want it explained slowly
Anyone who has been quoted by three carriers and still cannot tell the difference
Households switching after a rate increase who want the coverage explained, not just the price
No question is too basic. Send it over and Jennifer will come back to you, usually the same business day.
Calls after 5:00 PM will be returned the next business day.
The same lines the rest of the office handles, explained without assuming you already know the vocabulary.

Explore home insuranceMost people inherit their auto limits from whatever they picked years ago and never revisit them. Jennifer will tell you what yours currently do, in plain terms, and whether that still matches your life.
Explore auto insuranceA subject people avoid, usually because it feels morbid or complicated. She approaches it as an arithmetic question about who depends on your income, which makes it a much shorter conversation than expected.
Explore life insuranceCombining home and auto is often less about the discount than about having one renewal date and one person who knows your whole file. Jennifer will lay out both versions and let you pick.
Explore bundling optionsBring the paperwork you already have, even if you are not sure what it says. Reading it together and finding out your coverage is fine is a perfectly good outcome, and a common one.
Schedule a reviewUnhurried, and you can stop to ask something at any point.
The first part is mostly questions about your situation — what you own, what changed recently, what worried you enough to call. Nothing gets recommended before she understands the picture.
Each coverage is described by what it would do in a real situation, then checked against whether that situation applies to you. If a term does not land, she will find another way to say it rather than moving on.
Options come in writing so you can reread them or talk them over at home. Coverage is in force only once a policy has been issued and confirmed — never on the basis of a phone call.
Call during business hours, or send the form and she will follow up. No pressure either way.
